Hello, my name is Freddie and this is my furniture blog. I have always been interested in using my hands to build things. During the many years that I had been in the world, I have built children's toys, window frames and brick walls. However, I had never constructed or maintained furniture. All that changed when my daughter bought me a place on a furniture craft course. I learnt how to build a chair and a table. It was a lot of fun and I learnt an awful lot. I decided to start this blog to help others out who are interested in making and maintaining furniture.
